St. Peter’s Library is a cataloged, self-service collection of religious books, magazines, videos, and compact disks for adults and children with an emphasis on Christianity and the Anglican tradition. St. Peter’s members and friends may check out most titles for home use. Staff assistance is available following both Sunday services.
Circulation of books is available throughout the Diocese of Georgia for clergy and those preparing for the priesthood or diaconate. Mail service is provided outside the immediate area.
Our library catalog is now available on-line and the rules for searching it follow:
1) Search by author, title, or subject. Omit the initial a, an, and the when looking up a title.
2) If you have difficulty finding an author, use the full name.
3) Subject headings are from the Library of Congress List of Subject Headings. If you cannot locate a subject heading, you might find one by looking up a book in that area by author or title.
4) We do not use the Category field.
5) The program does not provide cross-references.
